Dr. Marlene L. Garland-Hill is the Broker of Marlene L. Garland-Hill Realty, Inc., and the CEO of the Marlene L. Garland Agency, Inc., (DBA) Garland Agency Inc. Appreciating dynamic careers as a Real Estate Broker, Insurance Agency Chief Executive Officer, and Ordained Minister. Dr. Garland-Hill is also the founder of God’s Haven, a 501C3 Foundation, created to address the needs of Domestic Violence Victims. She is a published author, motivational speaker and international lecturer. Dr. Garland-Hill has 30 years of Real Estate experience. As a Real Estate Broker, she assists (buyers/sellers), with their residential and commercial real estate needs. Her optimum accountability and steadfast attention-to-detail assist with making each transaction as streamlined and enjoyable as possible.

Dr. Garland-Hill also served on the Governor Grandholms’ Minority Business Leaders Council from 2006-2007. She was named by the Contracting Association (BWCA) as the Best Business Entrepreneur of the Year 2006. Dr. Garland-Hill was also named as one of NAWBO's Top 10 Michigan Women Business Owners of Distinction for 2003. She was also named by the Detroit Regional Chamber as, “100 of the region’s top emerging business leaders.
